Paying by Online

If you want your  Name or Mailing Address to be different than your  Address on your order, you will need to mention it in the note area of the shopping cart's "check-out" where it asks about anything concerning your order - OR - EMAIL us by coping and pasting into your email and send us your Name & Mailing Address on how you want it to appear on the Labels. If Name and Mailing Address is the same as how it appears on your order, then nothing is needed after placing your order. If you want to order Labels with another person's Name and Address to be on the labels and you will be paying... labels can be printed and sent to you or sent directly to the other person, if that's the case... then you need to use the Email above to notify us on what you want done including a photo in your email if it is a "Custom" photo.

Paying Offline - Mail Order

To place an order by U.S. Mail, simply use our Mail-In Order Form and write Item # wanted & Quantity and proper info to appear on labels also you will need to enclose a photo if you want a custom photo on the labels. Enclose Credit Card info or Money Order with your order, sorry no Checks Accepted. Shipping will only be $4.60 if that's all you are ordering, if your order includes other items then use the shipping chart.
