To Order: Simply click on the "Add To Cart" button to add an item to the cart area. As you add toy parts to the cart it will tally it up. You can change, add, delete items in the cart area. Your order will be shipped using "Priority Mail" with the U.S. Postal Service, you can calculate the shipping using your state and zip code so you know what your shipping costs are before you complete your order.

Ways To Pay if ordering Offline by U.S. Mail:

Pay by Money Order or with a Major Credit Card ... Use our Mail in Order Form. When paying by a credit card please be sure to include the 3 digit code on the back of your card and signature is required and please be aware that your order will ship out once your credit card has been processed. If your card is declined for some reason and is not accepted, then you will be notified. To pay by Money Order - by U.S. Mail use the Mail in Order Form by printing it out and fill in items wanted. Write Money Orders payable to the name that is shown above the form which is Pionus Parrot, and mail it to and the address that is also shown on the same page.

	Information Concerning Bird Toy Parts, Shipping & Returns
	I have a variety of Toy Parts. I keep a certain amount of items in stock for normal ordering. I am about to launch a wholesale toy parts area here on the site for "Wholesale Members Only" that you can purchase from us if you have a "Resale Number" and will only be for those who have such BUT until it's ready I do have "Discount Offers" available for larger orders. I don't sell in large bulk quantities on our regular toy part pages except for the quantities you see there. I do not stock items in the thousands as a rule on many items. So if there is a larger quantity you want, please email to be sure if I have enough in stock, if not I can order more if needed. 	Shipping Toy Orders or any other of our items - We ship only with in the U.S. We no longer ship out of the U.S. We usually ship out the same day your order is received if it is received by 1 PM Pacific Standard Time (California) Monday thru Friday. Sometimes by the time your order is received and prepared and ready for shipment it might be too late to go out that day, so it will go out the next day in the afternoon. None of our items are prepackaged so it takes time to get it all together and ready for shipment. 	Quick links or Pear shaped links are nickel plated and they have a 3/16" opening and we also have 3.5mm Stainless Steel wide jaw and the opening on it is ⅜" opening and is used at the top of the toy for hanging. In some cases the opening of the link may not have a large enough opening to hang on your parrots cage bars if the diameter of the bar is larger than the opening of the link, in that case you may have to find another method of hanging the toy.

	Rope is 'Supreme Cotton Rope™'. Use rope to string the wood pieces on it. We have either plain or colored. The colored rope is colored with FDA food coloring and is very safe for your parrot. We try not to have too much color in the process of coloring, by doing so when the rope dries the excess color will rub off on to hands or on your parrots beak resulting a slight coloration on the beak but it is not harmful and will wash off. When we color the cotton rope it will be in these colors: red, orange, blue, green and yellow. This rope is truly 'Bird Safe'. The 'Paulie Rope™' is Bird safe as well, it is not the type of rope that you find in hardware stores, please-do not use that kind.

	Wood is mostly pine wood. All of our colors are FDA Food Coloring, so it is safe for parrots. Starting as of March 1st, 2004 we are using seven colors to color our wood items instead of five. We spend a lot of extra time cutting, sanding, drilling and coloring to make this wood exciting for our feathered friends! Much of the other wood is made from wood turnings, such as the wood beads, spools, wheels. We color them as well. Most of our pieces are not heavily colored. For a very hard wood use our Ribbon Wood.

	Plastics such as plastic colored chain is just that - colored plastic! We are getting more of a selection of plastic items as time goes on. We already have quite a variety of many types. Some items being more destructible and some that are not too destructible. But must a parrot destroy everything in sight?!

	Metal Chain is nickel plated and is used near the top of a toy and sometimes thru the length of a toy. We carry 2mm, 3mm and 4mm sizes. Wire that we have is aluminum wire and is 11 or 14 gauge and is good for birds that are not destructive as it will not hold up to big, massive beaks. You can find it on the Hardware page. Use it to put toy parts on to and close ends well.

	Toy Parts have been put together as small package items, we sell them usually as 4, 5,10, 12 or by a pre- measured footage such as chain, rope. Your Order is bagged in clear plastic bags with our Pionus Parrot Stick On labels to identify each bag of toy parts with Item Name and Item # and is put together when ordered. We hope you and your parrot will enjoy the toy parts and remember that just like a child, a parrot's toy should be watched for any hazards that might cause a problem.

	Items that may be out of stock - Our in stock/inventory is monitored closely enough so when an item is temporarily out of stock we either remove the "Add To Cart" order button info so it can't be ordered or we put an "Out of Stock" and show a 0 (zero) in the quantity box which indicates we are out of stock until the item is re-stocked. So if you are ordering by mail and you don't see the "Add To Cart" button then that means we are out of that item, so please don't order that item. If we don't carry the item anymore then it is removed from the catalog page. We may later have an "Inventory/In Stock" available but for now it is not set up like that.

	Returns - It is unlikely that you should have to return toy parts, clocks, in the event that you need to return an item, email us requesting for a return and why. Address labels & Roudybush Pellets & Soak-n-Cook and other food items are non returnable or refundable. Toy parts that are to be returned must not have been used by your bird and must still be in original packaging unopened. We will refund your money for merchandise within 30 days of purchase - minus the original shipping costs. You pay the shipping on returned items and on item to be sent back to you. If you are wanting an even exchange then we will then send you another item of the same or exchange of equal value, you pay the shipping charges prior to shipping the exchanged item back to you. If your bird does not play with toy parts that you have made a toy with, that is not a good reason to send the toy parts back to us and we do not except toys parts back that have been played with.
