Please Note: Do
not plan to buy breeder birds in the spring and then expect them to go right to
nest because it will not happen that way as a rule. A productive pair must be
well settled and like their surroundings before they feel comfortable
enough to mate and produce... please take this into consideration when
planning to buy a pair(s) that you want to breed.
What I currently have available:
I have the DNA Certificates on some of these birds.. Click the names of pairs to view a photo of that pair, use your browser's back button to return to this page.
1 pair of Blue Heads: $900.00 pair
>Johnny & Frankie (paired & bonded by me when younger; 3 yrs. old. Unrelated and DNA sexed male and female.)
3 pairs of Maximilian's: $700.00 pair
>Puff & Angel (bonded & 3 yrs old, was paired by my sister, unrelated male and female.)
>Bunky & Bubbles (proven; approx. 12 yrs. old; MUST removed eggs to incubate to hatch, otherwise they eat their chicks but hen sits well until time to pull before pip. If you do not mind pulling eggs before hatching, this pair produces fertile eggs.)

2 pairs of White Caps: $700.00 each pair
>Nunya & Muffin (bonded male is 6 female is 10.)
and a 2rd pair not named (proven & female is scruffy on head and limps.)
Bronze Wing: $900.00
>1 pr. Georgie & Gracie (proven in 2009, incubated their eggs as weather was cold and only one hatched, then died at 5 days old.)
Blue Front Amazons: $900.00 each pair
>TJ & Missey (bonded, 5 yrs. old; unrelated and produced by my other 2 pairs and paired when young, sexed male/female. Has not been set up to breed as of this time.)
