Dusky Pionus Breeding Pair
(Not to be confused with the Dusky Conure)

I am still Lőőking. . . If you have a breeding pair or know
someone that has a breeding pair ~ let me know.
I would like the Dusky Pionus to complete my collection of the Pionus Species that I breed.
I am still looking for a pair of Dusky Pionus to breed.  I am in Southern California.

I prefer them be of breeding age, non-related and approximately 2 years or older
not necessarily proven but at least well bonded.  Would prefer to have proof of sex.

I would have to be within driving distance for me to come and see and pick up.

I now have 2 pairs of Dusky Pionus.  My intentions are is to pair up the unrelated, sexed off spring from each pair to make future breeding pairs.
  This is important to do so as there are not many Dusky breeding pairs available.  I most likely will not have any hand fed babies
from the two pairs for quite some time as they will be parent raised babies that I will make up for the future pairs.  You will
find very few breeders out across the U.S. who breed the Dusky Pionus.  It is important that we bring this lovely Pionus specie
into the pet trade along with the other four most commonly kept Pionus.
