The Purchaser: Important: While in the Shopping Cart area, you will need to add in the Text Box for Gift Certificates "Additional Information" option box when you go to the first check out page & below where you add in your Name and Address is where you specify a valid email address that this Gift Certificate is intended for because our system will validate the recipient's email and code that is issued when the Gift Certificate is redeemed by the person who uses it. We will then email you the code along with their email address so you can pass it on to them as their Gift Certificate!!
- The Recipient: Once the person/recipient is ready to use it then they just go shopping on our site as normal and once in the shopping cart, the recipient can verify their certificate code to see how much it is for or if any remaining dollar amount is on it or if still vaild by entering the code in the Gift Certificate Box and click on "view gift certificate status" and a pop-up window will show for how much dollar amount and their email address. You would simply "recalulate" the shopping cart to have it show the deduction of the certificate dollar amount. If you have not gone over the amount then the check-out area will only have the person/recipient fill in the name and address and nothing will be owed, if going over the certificate amount then the recipient will owe the difference. If any remaining amount is left due to being under the Gift Certificate dollar amount, it can be used for another time providing it matches up to the person's email address that Gift Certificate Code was originally generated for.
