Please be Aware . . . we try to sell healthy baby birds and for the most part they are usually all healthy.  Sometimes like child, one gets sick in the very beginning of life or after a short while.  I'm very alert and aware and watch for signs of illness and if I suspect anything I take the baby into see a vet.  All my experiences are always cleared up with the use of antibiotics and before you know it the chick is back on the road to good health.  Like a child that you give life to, you would not give it up just because he/she gets sick?  When life is given with us humans, do we ask the doctor to take back the baby if it is not healthy? No, we just use necessary treatment and continue on in life's journey.

As a breeder, I would never intentionally sell you a sick bird.  I'm up front on how my babies are raised and what goes on with them.   Just in our last two baby seasons, I have had one with a broken leg and this past one that wanted to do nothing but lay flat on its back.  I got medical attention on them right away and then they turn out to be good healthy babies.  I post these problems for a reason.  People sometimes need to know what all it takes on breeding parrots, its not all fun and it has it's problems from time to time and if any breeder tells you they never have sick birds, then they are fibbing to you.
