One quick way to fill out an mail order
is to add items to the shopping cart as if you were going to purchase
online and then use the shopping cart area to figure in the shipping amount by adding in
your zip code and state and then recalculate using the button. To be sure
all items are in stock you can click on the "check out now" and if it does
not tell you to adjust the cart then that should mean we are sure to have
the items in stock. Then just go back to the shopping cart and print
out your order from the shopping cart! It's that simple! Then you MUST
fill out the upper part of the PDF Order Form with your personal info and send
along with your payment. We have a $10 minimum when shopping with us!

are not actual shipping costs,
please be sure to have the shopping cart add in the shipping for you by
calculating it in, it will be accurate. The shopping cart will also add in
the Sales Tax if you live here in the state of California.
