Hey! Pionus Lovers ~ This is a very nice book.
Some say it tends to be geared more towards for the Breeder than the Pet Owner but it does have info pertaining to both. I say its a nice book with good information on Pionus.

This book has 158 pages and has nice colored photos in it.  Roger G. Sweeney goes in depth in many areas concerning the Pionus.  Covering Pionus as pets and breeding the Pionus species and their natural origins.  There are photos of the Pionus Species that are rare.

Don't put this book at the bottom of your book list.  You won't regret this one.  If there is a book to add to your avian library, this is it!  It is Hard cover and measure 6" x 9".
