Deposit & Terms Form Please Read carefully! The reason for the Form you are about to read and sign and return to us when picking up your baby bird is mostly due prior problems where people who have made a deposit on a baby bird then demand their deposit back for one reason or another. We simply do not refund a deposit back to you because you have changed your mind, found another bird, you got tired of waiting for baby to be weaned or even if you lost your job. It has always been our policy that deposits are non-refundable but we have been threatened if their deposit is not returned. We felt that even though most people say they read our Policy page, it was clear to us that most do not read it in full detail. Due to the nature of this problem you must now print, read, sign the form and return it to us at time of picking up your baby bird. The Form can be found on the link below in a PDF document. By signing this form and turning it into us, you are agreeing that you understand that deposits are not refunable for any reason.
