Awwwwww! ♥
He loves to eat pancakes with you. I think that is the best way to make bond with them. :-)
And that reminds me of to have pancakes one day soon. It was ages ago..

Yeah, we don't have them much either as it's a bit more involved then pouring, or boiling, or reheating, but they are nice from time to time and we have mixed whole wheat to make it a bit healthier, plus I had real maple syrup which he also decided he liked :yummy:

Looks like a real chowhound :icon_mrgreen: by his expression.  That squinted-eye satisfied look says it all.

You should see him when he gets excited about hot cereal :biglaughing: He starts gulping huge portions down like a dog when he really gets going on it like he wont get to eat the whole thing if he doesn't hurry...

I think so but we still have our moments so we have to be a tiny bit careful in case he's pissy that day but it's getting easier to read him and he pulls his punches most times now so he's learned we respect him and gives a bit back now.
It's nice to see him happy most times, like I've said when he first got here his eyes were HUGE and I think he was scared to death. He certainly bit me the first night like he suddenly had a bad thought that's for sure.
