Very nice close ups. From his expression he obviously is enjoying the sun. Not sure if either of my boys would allow such close up photos.

Eloy looks very pleased with himself and he's a handsome boy too. That must be the I'm happy to be with you fluff, rather then the touch me and die fluff :biglaughing:

So handsome! Very nice close ups of Eloy.

Both my boys allow close up photos. Robin because he's been around so long he's used to it, and Raven must be because his breeder got him used to it from a young age.

JT are you a professional photographer? I've always noticed that not only is Eloy a handsome bird, but your photo quality is excellent and I can tell you have a great camera too :)

LOL! That fluff is a happy one, but you never know with a Pionus male this time at year.

Not a professional, but I have take horse pictures for many years now and I'm a designer so yes, a take a lot of pictures and really like that too. :)

Very funny and accurate. It took me a bit the recognize difference!!!!

Lurch has displayed both kinds frequently and sometimes I think he's a smaller grumpier version of Eloy :icon_mrgreen:
